About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons why you might be looking for therapy. You might be struggling with feeling uneasy, disconnected, sad, angry, or anxious. You might be going through a major life change. Perhaps you're caught in a repeating pattern that no longer serves you. Maybe you just have a feeling that something is ‘off’ and you aren‘t sure why. Whatever you’re going through, therapy with me is a way to explore your feelings and experiences in a calm, supportive, and confidential space, where you can share anything on your mind without fear of judgement.
I am a client-led and collaborative therapist. We’ll work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself - led by you, and at your pace. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll uncover and work with the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can start creating a life that feels right for you.

Finding the right therapist is important. If you're interested in working together, I offer a free 15-minute phone call as a first step. After that, we'll arrange an initial session to see if we’re a good fit, talk about what you’d like from therapy, and explore how we might work together.
