About me and my therapy practice
I offer therapy that is warm, encouraging, and at times sensitively challenging.
I believe there is something profound about having a space where we can speak unashamedly about the parts of our lives and ourselves that feel most tangled, stuck, troubling, or shame-filled. Over time, if we gently turn toward these places rather than away from them, we may be surprised by what begins to open up.
I will be alongside you as we explore your experiences with openness and curiosity, even when they feel dark or confronting. You will not be doing this alone.
This kind of honest, curious exploration can help you understand yourself more clearly and loosen the hold that rigidity, confusion, or shame may have on how you live and relate to others.
I offer a free initial exploratory session so we can meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of whether this way of working feels right for you.
