About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor offering online therapy to adolescents, adults and couples. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour with curiosity and compassion.

I am passionate about supporting others while continuing my own learning and reflective practice as a therapist. My aim is to help you develop self-awareness, understand your patterns, build self-acceptance, and find practical ways to manage emotional distress, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Practice description

Therapy with me is about pausing, exploring, and understanding yourself, rather than rushing toward quick solutions. Together, we can reflect on patterns that may be shaping your emotions, relationships, and sense of self, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

I take an integrative approach, building on a Person-Centred foundation and tailoring our work to your individual needs. I also draw flexibly on frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and Attachment Theory to support your personal journey.

My first session

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a free 20-minute online consultation to make it easier. This relaxed session gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and explore whether my approach, and therapy in general, feels like the right fit for you. Finding the right approach and therapist is an important first step in supporting your journey, and this session helps you make that choice before committing to a full session.
