About me and my therapy practice
I'm a BACP-registered, NCPS-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred and attachment-informed approaches. My practice is relational, responsive, and tailored to your individuality and lived experience.
I work with people wanting to better understand their relationship with themselves and others, soften a harsh inner critic (shame, self-esteem, imposter syndrome), make sense of their own story, and explore experiences of trauma and belonging. This often means women at points of change (quarter/midlife, menopause, life transitions), creatives and performers, and those exploring identity, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, late diagnosis) and LGBTQIA+ experience.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience working within NHS services. My background is built on creating secure, inclusive spaces where you can feel truly seen and genuinely heard.
I see clients in person in Islington and London Fields, and online across the UK.
Practice description
I offer both open-ended for sustainable and meaningful change and short-term therapy, including a focused 6-session MOT package for wellbeing check-ins.

Relationships with self and others - attachment patterns, break-ups, people-pleasing, connection and intimacy
