About me and my therapy practice

Integrative Psychotherapy – Reclaiming Your Narrative

Are you feeling held back by old patterns or seeking clarity on what you truly desire? I provide a dedicated, inclusive space to process your unique experiences and discover your truest self. As a Level 7 Integrative Psychotherapist, I combine Psychodynamic depth and insight with Person-Centred presence and warmth to create a path toward a more thriving, integrated life and sense of self. I provide therapy that is relational, responsive, and tailored specifically to your story.

In addition to my private practice, I have experience working within NHS services. My background is built on creating secure, inclusive spaces where you can feel truly seen and genuinely heard.

My practice respects your autonomy and recognises the profound impact that culture, community, and social structures have on our identity.

Practice description

Together, we will explore your uniqueness and individuality with compassion, navigating the messy contradictions, hidden sorrows, unspoken desires, and the ways your past may influence who you are today.

Areas of Specialism

I support individuals through both short and long-term therapy. Based on my own lived and clinical experience as well as specialist training, I often work with:

      Emotional growth & Relationships

• The Inner Critic: Untangling shame, imposter syndrome, self-criticism, and low self-esteem.

• Relationships: Deepening your connection with yourself and others, exploring attachment patterns, or healing from abuse.

• Anxiety & Depression: Finding pathways toward a more integrated, thriving life when you feel stuck or overwhelmed.

Life Transitions & "The Quiet Ache"

Life changes can feel isolating. I offer specialist support for:

• Midlife re-evaluation and the challenges of aging.

• Perimenopause & Menopause (the emotional and psychological impact).

• Grief and Loss, including the persistent difficult thoughts that follow.

       Identity & Diversity (GSRD & LGBTQAI+)

I provide a safe, affirming space for Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity. My practice is built on a deep respect for how culture, community, and social structures impact who we are.

      Neurodiversity & The Creative Mind

I have a particular interest in supporting Neurodivergent individuals, Artists and Creatives. Whether you are exploring a world not built for you or struggling with the unique pressures of a creative life, we will work to embrace your individuality.

I offer a free 20-minute online consultation, offering a moment to explore a little about what is bringing you to therapy at this time, as well as an opportunity for you to ask any questions and see how we might work together.
