About me and my therapy practice

I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist, supporting clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, work stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties, among others.

People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. You may be struggling with thoughts and emotions that leave you feeling confused, isolated or overwhelmed. Maybe you're facing a crisis or a turning point in your life, or feel that things aren't quite right. Whatever it is that brings you to my door, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity and honesty to help you make sense of your difficulties and find new ways to manage them.

Practice description

Together, we may explore how your past is affecting your present, helping you understand yourself better so you can make choices with more freedom and clarity. Most importantly, I provide a calm and supportive space where you can explore your difficulties without being judged or dismissed, and unlock new perspectives and possibilities.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on different theories and approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. I have worked in a specialist bereavement service and for a charity supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse, offering trauma-informed, short-term and long-term therapy.

Originally from Belgium, I have lived in the UK for 20 years. I’m sensitive to the unique challenges of navigating different cultures, identities and languages, and have worked with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds. Although I mostly work in English, I welcome French-speaking clients who would like to express themselves in their native language.

My first session

If you feel I may be the right person to help you, the first step would be to meet for an initial consultation so we can find out whether we are the right fit for each other. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, your goals and expectations, and how we might work together. There is no obligation to commit to further sessions at this point.

To arrange this, please feel free to reach out via email or text message, and I will get back to you within 48 hours. The initial session is charged at the usual rate of £75.
