About me and my therapy practice

I am a counsellor who works exclusively with male clients. My practice is grounded in the belief that men face distinct emotional, social, and psychological challenges that are not always fully understood or addressed within mainstream therapy settings.

Many men are taught to cope in silence, to minimize their struggles, or to feel out of place when seeking help. I provide a space where men can speak openly, without judgment or pressure to fit a particular therapeutic narrative. My approach respects male experiences, communication styles, and values, while supporting meaningful growth, accountability, and emotional resilience.

Practice description

A core focus of my work is helping men regain a sense of control over their lives in a healthy, constructive way. Therapy is not about blame or withdrawal, but about understanding patterns, making intentional choices, and responding rather than reacting. As men develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, the positive changes extend beyond themselves—improving relationships, family life, and the wider environments they are part of.

I work with men navigating issues such as stress, identity, relationships, depression, fatherhood, anger, purpose, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Therapy with me is practical, grounded, and collaborative—focused on helping men understand themselves better and move forward with clarity and strength.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation where you can ask any questions and decide whether you’d like to move forward with therapy.

Our initial sessions focus on getting to know one another, exploring in depth the concerns you’d like to address, and identifying any goals you’d like to work toward.
