I currently have availability for new clients and aim to offer flexible appointment times where possible. Sessions can be arranged during weekdays and weekends, with some evenings availability. Please contact me to discuss suitable times.
I offer different ways of working to suit your needs. This includes online sessions and “walk and talk” therapy in a park setting, which some clients find helpful for feeling more relaxed and grounded.
If you prefer face-to-face sessions indoors, this can also be arranged. As I work from hired therapy spaces, an appointment will need to be agreed in advance to allow me to book a suitable room.
I aim to respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours during working days. Please note that I may have limited availability during weekends or holidays, and I will inform clients in advance of any planned time off.

My therapeutic approach
At the first few sessions, I use person-centred therapy for you to pour out your repressed feelings. Then I use psychodynamic to explore your childhood and biological family. I also use CBT as your homework.
I also offer therapeutic cooking sessions, where appropriate. These sessions can support clients who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, or difficulties with concentration and self-esteem. Engaging in structured, hands-on activities can help promote grounding, build confidence, and create a sense of achievement, while also providing a gentle space to explore thoughts and feelings.
