About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I am a caring, empathetic practitioner who is passionate about supporting clients through their emotional wellbeing journeys. I work with adults, couples and children over 7 years old.
My Therapeutic Philosophy
I believe that emotional wellbeing is just as vital as physical health. Every person’s life is a complex tapestry of past experiences and present challenges, and at times anyone can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the way forward. Whether you are facing unexpected life changes, long-standing patterns that no longer serve you, or the ongoing weight of anxiety or depression, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space in which to explore these experiences.
My Therapeutic Approach
As a trained psychodynamic counsellor, I help clients reflect on their early experiences and recognise how these may influence current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I integrate elements of psychotherapy, person-centred, and DBT to meet each client’s individual needs.
I support you in identifying patterns, understanding inner conflicts, and developing the insight needed to create meaningful change. My mission is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that empowers you to move toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
