About me and my therapy practice

Perhaps you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or wondering whether neurodivergence could explain parts of your experience. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to feel unsure at first. You may look as though you are coping, while privately feeling exhausted by the effort it takes to keep up.

You might spend a great deal of energy masking, editing yourself or replaying conversations afterwards. You may hold it together through the day and then have nothing left. For some people, this comes with shame around unfinished tasks, ADHD procrastination, intense emotions or the feeling that everyone else finds life easier. For others, it shows up in relationships, loneliness, low mood, shutdown, sensory overwhelm or burnout.

You do not need a diagnosis, a perfect explanation or a plan before getting in touch. Whatever you choose to bring, nothing is too big or too small for us to navigate together. We can begin with what feels most important to you.

I have autism and ADHD myself. My own lived experience informs my understanding, but each person's experience of neurodivergence is different. I aim to offer a space where you do not need to explain the basics of ADHD, autism or masking before we can begin.

I work integratively and largely from a person-centred approach. This means that we follow your priorities and pace rather than a fixed programme. Depending on what is helpful, I may draw on Internal Family Systems-informed ideas, mindfulness, and Matrix Reimprinting to process difficult or traumatic memories that can sit underneath present-day patterns.

I work online with adults throughout the UK, and I have particular experience of working with men aged 18–30.
