About me and my therapy practice
You may feel alone and unable to connect with people.
You may feel afraid of everyday people and things.
You may struggle to sleep, overplaying the day in you're head, beating yourself up for saying or doing the "wrong thing".
You could be tired and overwhelmed.
Have a lack of motivation.
Don't want to take care of yourself.
Wondering if the world and your loved ones would be better off without you.
Constantly "on edge" trying to guess how others feel or putting them before you.
Body feeling tense and your jaw clenching without even realising.
Shortness of breath, tense shoulders, heart palpitations.
Your body making decisions for you without even realising and being trapped in an endless thought loop of everything that went wrong in the past, everything wrong in the present and what might go wrong in the future.
If this sounds like you and you are looking to make a change one of the best things you can do for yourself is finding somebody to talk to about it.
It may feel scary to take that first step but absolutely necessary if you want to make a change. Whatever that looks like to you.
