I offer zoom and phone based sessions Monday-Friday from 4pm-7pm and Saturday 11pm-4pm.

About me and my therapy practice

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space in order for you to feel comfortable talking about the things that may be holding you back.

I will follow your lead.

Practice description

I have experience working with,

-trauma,

-abuse,

-depression,

-suicidal thoughts

-anxiety,

-domestic violence,

-long term health conditions.

I have regular supervision to ensure I am working to necessary standards.

Sessions are 1 hour.

My first session

I'm available for a free 20 minute zoom meeting or phone call, for any questions you may have.

During this time we would also look at your expectations of therapy and if my way of working would meet your needs.
