I offer flexible sessions designed to fit around your life, so reaching out for support is simple and straightforward. I work with adults, teenagers, and children, supporting those who feel fragmented, disconnected, or quietly lost and want to feel whole again. My sessions are one-to-one, guided by the North Star Integration method, which focuses on recovering lost or disconnected parts of yourself, rather than only discussing symptoms.
Appointments are typically one hour. I work mainly over the telephone, which allows you to be relaxed, perhaps lying down under a blanket with your eyes closed, helping you access and reconnect with different parts of yourself more easily. Video sessions via Zoom are also available if preferred. For clients who wish, I can provide home visits, though these are slightly more expensive.
You can book a free 10-minute session by WhatsApp to discuss how you feel, explore your questions, and get a sense of my approach. This is a chance to see whether North Star Integration feels right for you before committing to a full session.
Sessions are flexible, and my schedule aims to accommodate your day, with weekday and occasional weekend slots available. Once booked, each session provides a calm, focused space to explore and reconnect, often offering clarity, grounding, and a shift in perspective that begins immediately.
About me and my therapy practice
You may appear to be managing on the outside, but inside something feels off.
Many people come to me saying, “I don’t feel like myself anymore.” Life can feel fragmented, confusing, or heavy, as though you’re watching it rather than fully living it. This often follows trauma, difficult relationships, periods of stress, or times when parts of yourself had to adapt, step back, or hide in order to cope.
I work with people who feel fragmented, disconnected, or lost; helping them reconnect with their wholeness through North Star Integration. This is a method I developed over decades of psychological study, global exploration of healing methods, and lived experience of surviving childhood trauma.
My approach focuses on the underlying patterns behind difficulties, helping you recover parts of yourself that feel lost, silenced, or disconnected. Rather than endlessly analysing or talking around issues, we work directly with what’s beneath the surface, so real change can happen, often quickly; even within the first session.
Sessions are calm, focused, and collaborative. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out; we discover the thread together.
I work with adults, teenagers, and children, supporting those dealing with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, identity-related difficulties, and a sense of being out of step with themselves.
My work often brings clarity, grounding, and a sense of internal alignment, helping you feel more whole, more present, and less reliant on effort to “hold yourself together.”
I’ve trained extensively in psychotherapy and trauma-informed approaches, and my practice blends depth psychology, internal family systems, hypnotherapy, shamanic and soul retrieval techniques, North Star Integration, and other evidence-based and consciousness-exploration methods.
My aim is to provide a space where your experience is seen, understood, and gently restored, allowing the parts of you that have been hidden or shut down to reconnect and integrate.
Practice description
Many people arrive feeling as though they’re living only in fragments of themselves. On the outside, you may function well; performing at work, managing relationships, appearing capable; but inside, something feels off.
Parts of you may have gone quiet, hidden, or shut down. You may carry anxiety, self-doubt, a sense of drifting, or the exhaustion of constantly trying to “hold yourself together.”
In my work, we don’t simply talk around symptoms or behaviours. Using North Star Integration, we focus on what is actually happening underneath: the parts of you that hold memory, emotion, and protective roles.
We meet them where they are, gently reconnecting and reintegrating them. This often reveals a clarity, wholeness, and alignment that has been missing for years. For many, transformation is immediate; sometimes in the very first session.
The sessions are calm, precise, and collaborative. You don’t need to have anything figured out before you arrive. We work at your pace, uncovering the threads of your experience, noticing the patterns that have shaped your life, and restoring access to your innate sense of self. This is a process of reawakening; parts of you that have been lost or silenced begin to speak, reconnect, and integrate.
While the work is profound, it’s also practical. People often notice changes in confidence, emotional balance, and ability to relate to themselves and others more fully, sometimes within hours of a session.
Whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, identity confusion, or simply a feeling of being “stuck,” this approach brings tangible, lasting shifts.
I work with adults, teenagers, and children, offering sessions primarily by telephone or Zoom. Telephone sessions allow you to relax completely, often lying down with eyes closed, creating the optimal environment for accessing and reintegrating hidden parts of yourself. In some cases, home visits are also possible.
My first session
From the very first moment, the session is about listening to you and to the parts of yourself that are missing, disconnected, or shut down. I begin by noticing the patterns, tensions, and subtle cues that reveal which parts have stepped back or been silenced.
Even in a single session, we can locate these parts, speak to them, and begin to integrate them.
Sometimes, one part finds its voice, reconnects, and shifts immediately. This is not theoretical; it is tangible. You may notice a sense of relief, clarity, or grounding as that piece of yourself reconnects.
We work gently, at a pace that feels right for you. The focus is not on endlessly talking about the past, but on bringing the hidden into awareness so that real change can happen.
Each session is collaborative; you don’t need to have it all figured out.
Telephone or Zoom sessions allow you to relax fully, eyes closed, perhaps covered with a blanket, creating space for internal connection. Home visits are also possible if preferred.
By the end of your first session, many people notice a shift: a missing part has been acknowledged, some internal tension has eased, and a thread of wholeness begins to weave itself back together.
Often, this single session can set in motion transformation that continues long after we finish.
