About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I offer a safe, gentle, and completely non-judgmental space where you can arrive just as you are, knowing your story will be held with warmth, compassion, and respect.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes immense courage. We all go through seasons where life feels heavy, emotions get tangled, and the challenges we face feel like too much to carry alone. Seeking support isn't a sign of being "broken"—it is simply a beautiful acknowledgment of your own humanity, which naturally includes times of struggle and a need for care. Think of our time together as a way to gather the gentle tools you need to navigate life's complexities with more ease.
My commitment is to walk securely alongside you. Together, we will gently explore your experiences, understand the patterns that affect your present, and help you connect more deeply with yourself. We will look at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at a pace that feels comfortable for you, fostering a space of self-awareness, tender healing, and quiet empowerment for the changes you wish to see.
Practice description
I work with an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing primarily on psychodynamic and person-centred models. Within the therapeutic process, I also use tools inspired by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), carefully selected according to individual needs, to support awareness of thought patterns and behaviours and to encourage practical changes in everyday life.
The psycho dynamic perspective allows us to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence the present, while the person-centered approach supports your natural capacity for growth and self-understanding. Central to the work is the creation of a safe, confidential, and supportive space, where you can feel heard without judgement and free to explore emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences.
