About me and my therapy practice

'Healing occurs in an atmosphere of Compassion.' - Gabor Mate.

I'm a qualified therapist offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where people can explore what feels difficult, overwhelming or stuck. I work in a person-centred and integrative way, placing great importance on empathy, compassion and the therapeutic relationship. I believe in therapy's ability to support meaningful change and healing.

Before training as a therapist, I lived and worked abroad and spent time working in a high-pressure professional environment. I'm also a mother. These experiences help me relate to the pressures, responsibilities and emotional demands of everyday life.

I continue to learn and grow as a practitioner, facilitate an emotional wellbeing group, and I speak Italian.

Practice description

 I have worked for two years within addiction and recovery services and I also have experience supporting people in wider therapeutic settings. I work with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties, life transitions, as well as a range of other concerns people bring to therapy.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, relatable and human in my approach. I aim to create a safe and supportive space free from judgement where we can gently explore limiting beliefs, emotional challenges and patterns that may be holding you back.

Client Feedback includes;

'This therapy has helped me so much. Without Natalie I wouldn't be where I am today. Extremely grateful for her help.'

and

'Excellent empathy.'
