About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and counsellor offering therapy in London and online.
There are many reasons you might be considering therapy. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or experiencing a sense that something isn’t quite right. You could be navigating a period of change or crisis, seeking greater confidence or self-understanding, or noticing the same patterns repeating in your life and relationships.
Together, we can explore what’s happening and find a way forward.
I view therapy as a transformative process that helps us understand the connections between present-day challenges, past experiences, relationships, and our hopes and desires. Through this work, we can begin to untangle unhelpful patterns and conditioned responses, supporting a more authentic way of living.
I am committed to working in confidence and without judgement, with curiosity and care, in a calm and collaborative environment.
I have a special interest in helping women move beyond the challenges that hold them back from living with confidence, authenticity, and empowerment.
Practice description
I trained as an integrative therapist and counsellor at The Minster Centre in London, one of Europe’s leading training institutes for integrative psychotherapy. Working integratively means I tailor my approach to each individual, meeting you with compassion and care exactly where you are.
My work is informed by attachment theory (how we form and experience relationships), psychodynamic therapy (how past experiences and the unconscious shape the present), person-centred psychotherapy (supporting self-growth and agency), and transpersonal perspectives (exploring meaning and life purpose).
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in an awareness of the wider systems of power that influence our lives. This allows me to work thoughtfully and respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those who experience discrimination related to gender, race, disability, neurodiversity, or sexual identity.
Concerns I work with:
Therapy for low self-esteem and confidence issues
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lacking direction
Therapy for anxiety and stress
Therapy for people who identify as highly sensitive
Therapy for relationship and attachment difficulties
Love and sexuality dilemmas
Depression and burnout
Work-related stress
Life path and purpose
Nervous system regulation for women
Trauma and abuse recovery
Identity Issues
Body image issues
