About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Carolina.
Each session with me is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself. It’s a safe, empowering space where you can explore life’s challenges with compassionate curiosity.
I am a bilingual Counsellor and Psychotherapist, originally from Chile and have lived and worked across different countries and cultures. These experiences have deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and the unique challenges that come with adapting to new environments.
I consider myself a curious person with a deep love for nature and the world around us. I’ve found that connecting with the natural world can be a powerful source of calm, reflection, and inspiration, a reminder that growth and healing can be rooted in both everyday experiences and therapy.
I believe that a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of effective and successful therapy.
Practice description
In our sessions, you are the expert of your own life, and therapy is tailored to your unique needs and pace, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Together, we focus on what matters most to you, developing practical tools to enhance self-awareness, foster self-empowerment, and navigate life in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
I offer a quiet space where you can explore your story without judgment and cultivate resilience, allowing self-acceptance to grow and flourish at your own pace.
You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me. I’m interested in the person you are beyond any labels. And if you’re unsure what you’re seeking from therapy, that’s perfectly okay, we can explore it together in a 15-minute initial conversation.
I offer a client-centred, integrative, and collaborative approach. Sessions in English and Spanish, tailored to your pace, your needs, and what feels right for you. I like the idea of walking alongside you with openness and care, supporting each step of your journey as you reconnect with yourself and explore your experiences in a safe, nurturing space.
Counselling Sessions
Step away from the noise of daily life and meet with me online or, if you prefer, face-to-face in my Sanctuary Garden Room, a peaceful space surrounded by nature.
