I currently offer on-line and phone counselling, both long and short term,

I offer a free initial online 20 minutes, so we can talk about what you want to gain from the sessions.

This twenty minutes is so you can get a feel for if I am the right counsellor for you, as feeling that you can talk openly and feel understood is the most important part of building a trusting relationship. It is also time for you to ask any questions you might have.

I trained as an integrative counsellor; my style of working is very person centred with the ability to bring in other therapeutic approaches. I pride myself on working with you to provide a space safe enough to untangle your thoughts and explore your feelings. I am very down to earth.

My fees are £60 a session. I offer reduced rates for students, those on low income, ex forces and those related to service personnel.

Our first 20 minute session is completely free. It is time for you to ask any questions you might have and most importantly for you to get a feel for if I am the right counsellor for you.
