About me and my therapy practice
Are anxious thoughts, low mood, or feeling stuck making everyday life feel overwhelming? You don't have to face this alone.
I'm an integrative counsellor offering online therapy to adults and young people. I provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what's troubling you at your own pace—and start to feel more like yourself again.
I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor therapy to you, not the other way around. Depending on what you need, I might draw from:
Practical tools for managing anxious thoughts and unhelpful patterns (CBT)
A warm, collaborative space where you lead the conversation (person-centred)
Exploring how past experiences shape how you feel now (psychodynamic and relational approaches)
Together, we'll find what works best for you. My aim is to help you develop deeper self-understanding, build effective coping strategies, and move towards the life you want.
Practice description
In my experience, people often feel most stuck when they're trying to manage everything alone. Many of my clients say therapy helped them feel relief just from being truly heard and from there, real change becomes possible.
I work with adults and young people from all backgrounds and life stages, including those who are new to therapy and those returning to it.
I particularly support people experiencing:
Anxiety, panic attacks, and constant worry
Depression and low mood
Relationship difficulties and feeling misunderstood
Life transitions—career changes, university, breakups, moving
Low self-esteem and that feeling of "not being good enough"
Stress, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed

My first session
In our first session, we’ll take things gently. It’s a chance for you to share what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions, and go over the practical details so you know what to expect. Most of all, it’s a warm space to see whether we feel like a good fit.
