Availability
I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions in 50-minute or 75-minute formats, online, in person in Yeovil and Crewkerne, and through walk and talk therapy.
I am available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
I am not available on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
My working hours are flexible and can be discussed during the free 15-minute phone or online consultation.

About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. This allows therapy to be tailored to you and to what feels most helpful at different stages of our work together.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and collaborative. I work at a pace that feels manageable and safe enough for you, especially if you are carrying the impact of trauma or feeling overwhelmed.
While I support clients with a range of issues, I have a particular interest in working with trauma and the ways it can shape how we feel, cope, relate and move through the world. Together, we may explore patterns, emotions, past experiences and present-day challenges with compassion and curiosity.
Alongside talking therapy, I may gently incorporate body awareness, mindfulness and nervous system-informed approaches where appropriate, particularly when stress or trauma are showing up physically as well as emotionally.
Practice description
I work with adults and offer therapy in a way that is flexible and responsive to individual needs. Sessions are available online, in person in Yeovil and Crewkerne, or through walk and talk therapy.
I offer 50-minute and 75-minute sessions, either weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels most supportive and sustainable for you.
Clients can expect a calm, thoughtful and professional therapeutic space where they feel listened to, respected and able to explore things at their own pace. My aim is to offer therapy that feels supportive, steady and tailored to you, rather than following a fixed formula.

My first session
Before booking a first session, I offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, ask any initial questions, and see whether working together feels right.
Your first full session is a gentle opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and to explore what has brought you to counselling. We may talk about what is happening for you at the moment, what support you are hoping for, and any concerns or hopes you have about therapy.
There is no pressure to share everything straight away. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and we will work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I may ask some background questions in the first session to help me build a picture of your current situation and what support may be most helpful. This is not a rigid assessment, but part of tailoring therapy to your needs.
First sessions are charged at my usual session rate unless agreed otherwise.
