Availability
I currently have availability for online and in-person sessions.
Online sessions are available across the UK. In-person sessions take place at The Therapy Loft in Forest Hill, South East London.
Sessions are usually held weekly at a regular time. If you are interested in working together, please get in touch and we can discuss current availability and whether online or in-person therapy feels the best fit for you.
About me and my therapy practice
You may be here because something in your life no longer feels quite right. Perhaps you find yourself returning to familiar difficulties, feeling stuck in old patterns, or carrying questions you can't quite answer on your own.
This might follow a loss, a relationship ending, a career shift, becoming a parent, or simply a sense that something needs attention. Life may be carrying on as usual, yet underneath there is a sense of feeling stuck, unsettled, disconnected or unsure of what comes next.
My approach is relational and grounded in curiosity and care. I am interested not only in what has happened to you, but in how those experiences live with you now. Together we may explore patterns, beliefs and ways of relating that once served an important purpose, but perhaps no longer feel helpful.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, burnout, fertility and IVF-related challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity, meaning and direction.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful and shaped by what feels most useful to you.
Practice description
You don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear plan. We begin wherever you are.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a regular time. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels most helpful.
Therapy provides a confidential space to talk openly about whatever feels important to you. I attend regular supervision and ongoing professional development to support safe, ethical and reflective practice.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you would like from our work together. You are welcome to ask any questions, and there is no need to prepare anything in advance.
Some people arrive with a clear sense of what they want to explore, while others are less sure. Both are welcome. We begin with whatever feels most present for you.
I may ask about your current situation, important relationships and aspects of your history, but we will move at a pace that feels manageable. My aim is to offer a calm, thoughtful and supportive space from the outset.
At the end of the session, we can reflect on how it felt and discuss whether you would like to continue. There is no obligation to continue beyond that first meeting. If I do not feel I am the right therapist for you, I may be able to suggest alternative therapists or services.
