About me and my therapy practice
I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist providing counselling and evidence-based CBT in a confidential and thoughtfully held space. I'm down- to-earth and passionate about supporting clients to improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals. I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, stress, low mood, and related difficulties. Therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t need to know exactly what help you need before reaching out. Sharing your thoughts and feelings can bring new perspective, helping you make sense of difficulties and begin to move forward.
Counselling & CBT, can help you untangle the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe for you, towards goals that matter to you.
Through practical strategies and supportive conversation, therapy can help you develop new ways of thinking and coping. Over time this can lead to meaningful, lasting changes in how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.
