About me and my therapy practice
You may be here because something in your life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and it’s natural to wonder whether you’ll be understood or where to begin.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore whatever is present for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. My approach is grounded in psychosynthesis, which sees you as more than your challenges. Together, we gently explore different aspects of your experience with curiosity and compassion, helping you to better understand yourself and what you need.
Alongside working through difficulties, therapy can also be a space to reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of direction. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship — creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and able to bring all parts of yourself.
If this sounds like something you're interested in you're very welcome to get in touch.
Practice description
Beginning therapy can feel daunting. You may wonder what you would say, whether you’ll be understood, or whether your experiences will feel “too much” or “not enough.” Those concerns are completely human. Creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore what matters to you is central to the work.
My approach is grounded in psychosynthesis — a therapeutic model that sees you as more than your problems or patterns. It recognises that we all contain different parts: vulnerable parts, protective parts, creative parts, and a deeper core of wisdom and will. Sometimes these parts feel in conflict. Sometimes they become overwhelmed by life experiences. Together, we gently explore these inner dynamics with curiosity and compassion.
Psychosynthesis also holds a hopeful perspective: alongside pain and struggle, there is potential for growth, meaning, and a stronger sense of who you truly are. Therapy can be a space not only for healing wounds, but for reconnecting with your strengths, values, and sense of purpose.
Perhaps the most important element in therapy is the relationship itself. Feeling met, respected, and understood creates the foundation for everything else. My hope is that this space offers warmth, honesty, and thoughtful reflection — and that, over time, you feel able to bring all parts of yourself into the room.
If you decide to take the next step, we can move at a pace that feels right for you. And for now, wherever you are in your process, I hope you treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer someone you care about.
