About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
We don’t always know why we feel or act the way we do, psychodynamic counselling can give you the opportunity to understand.
Working together, we will take the time to make sense of thoughts and emotions that may feel overwhelming or stuck, and explore patterns of behaviour that may no longer serve you.
When difficult feelings and unhelpful patterns of behaviour begin to get in the way of living your life fully, I offer a supportive and confidential space where we can work together to find your way back to clarity.
