About me and my therapy practice
I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for people experiencing life's challenges, whether it's stress at work, difficulties in relationships, anxiety, depression or addiction. This can be face-to-face in Crieff, Perthshire, or online.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven and practical approach that helps make sense of thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Together, we will explore what's getting in the way of how you want to feel and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Every person's story is unique and their own. That's why I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore, heal and grow at your own pace.
Practice description
During your first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll agree on goals and begin to build a shared understanding of your challenges.
Each session typically lasts around 50 minutes and may involve exploring recent experiences, identifying thinking patterns, and developing practical strategies to manage them. You can expect a balance of conversation, guided discovery, and learning techniques that you can use between sessions.
I offer both online and in person, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
