About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Ian.
I'm a Masters level qualified psychotherapist.
Life can be difficult, and we all go through times of challenge, uncertainty, or emotional pain. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to make sense of your thoughts or emotions. Perhaps things that once helped no longer do, or something in your life has shifted. You may be looking for understanding, relief from distress, or a way forward that feels more manageable and meaningful.
I offer integrative, evidence-based therapy, drawing mainly on CBT, ACT, and CFT. I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, concerns around substance use, or low self-worth, offering a collaborative, compassionate approach that supports meaningful and lasting change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life already feels hard. You don’t need to have clear goals or know where to begin. If you’re considering therapy, you’re very welcome to reach out and see whether working together feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice is based in Shoreditch, however I also offer online sessions if this would suit your specific needs.
I specialise with men and anyone struggling with addiction, anxiety disorders, and low mood.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where I can guide you to help make sense of your experience and move toward taking control of your life.

Free introductory call: If you might be interested in working with me, I encourage you to contact me to arrange a free 15-minute introductory video call, or telephone call if you'd prefer.
It is important that you find a counsellor who is a good fit for you and this initial meeting can give both of us a sense of how we might work together. We can explore what brings you to counselling, what your hopes and expectations are, and whether you have any questions or concerns.
