About me and my therapy practice
Whatever brings you to therapy, I will meet you with curiosity, openness, compassion and respect. Whether you are feeling stuck, facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, I aim to support you in a way that feels meaningful, empowering and aligned with who you are.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and a place where you can gently slow down, take a breath and begin to explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace, in your own way.
My approach is flexible and my practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a space which is confidential, where you can feel safe, supported and listened to without judgement.
Practice description
I offer long-term (open-ended) or short-term therapy depending on what you feel may work best.
After our first initial free consultation, If you wish to continue I will email you so that we can agree on a day and time that fits, this can be weekly or fortnightly and each session will last 50 minutes.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, a chance for us to connect and see if we are a good fit, without any obligation to continue.
In this session we can chat through what brings you to therapy and it also gives you a chance to ask me any questions.
