About me and my therapy practice
Hiya!
I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy through secure online and telehealth sessions. With a background in youth counselling, mental health services, and creative therapeutic approaches, I support clients in navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and periods of transition.
My style is collaborative, gentle, and attuned to the needs of others. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. Drawing from integrative therapeutic models, I tailor each session to your unique needs, blending emotional insight with practical strategies for meaningful change.
At this time, I work exclusively online, providing flexible remote sessions for clients seeking accessible, confidential support from the comfort of their own space

I am experienced in providing therapeutic services to individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in face-to-face and remote settings. My expertise includes developing tailored treatment plans and utilising evidence-based interventions:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

- Play Therapy.
Furthermore, my background in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, and wellness program development ensures that I can meet your needs.
My first session
Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15‑minute introductory call via phone or Zoom.
This brief meeting gives you space to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, my approach, or what working together might look like. It’s also an opportunity for us to get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit before scheduling a full session.
