About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Beth, a qualified integrative therapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
You might be here with something specific you’d like support with, or with a more general sense that things don’t feel quite right. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
I have broad experience working across both NHS and third sector mental health services, supporting adults with a wide range of difficulties.
I offer a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood, and begin to explore what’s going on for you in a way that supports growth, healing, and meaningful change.
Practice description
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I tailor my approach to suit you as an individual. This may involve gently exploring past experiences to understand how they’re shaping things now, or focusing more on the present and finding ways to navigate what’s going on for you day to day.
We will work collaboratively, shaping the process around your needs whether that’s understanding patterns, finding more supportive ways of coping, or building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
My approach is grounded in humanistic and relational therapy, with the therapeutic relationship at its core. I believe that feeling genuinely heard and understood can be a powerful part of change.
I offer a calm, considered space where you can feel at ease, speak openly, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
