Availability

I offer online sessions with weekday and some evening availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred therapist offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe that when we feel truly heard and accepted, we can begin to understand ourselves more deeply and move towards meaningful change.

Practice description

I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can bring whatever is going on for you. I have experience working with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

My approach is gentle and relational, supporting you to build self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with a way of being that feels more authentic. I also recognise the connection between emotional wellbeing and the body, and welcome exploration of this where relevant.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to briefly meet, discuss what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels right. I do provide a limited number of reduced-fee, day-time spaces on a sliding scale, for those on lower incomes — please feel free to ask about this.
