Availability
I currently have availability in my practice. I am based in Elephant and Castle (SE1) and offer both in-person and online therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically take place weekly. I offer a range of appointment times, including evenings, and we will agree on a regular time that feels suitable for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist offering a heart-centred approach, grounded in clinical robustness, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine human connection. I aim to create a space that feels steady and thoughtful, somewhere you can begin to speak freely, reflect more deeply, and feel met without judgement.
People often come to therapy carrying things that feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. Together, we can take time to make sense of your experience. Whether that relates to the present, your past, or patterns that seem to repeat in your life.
I work collaboratively and at your pace. My role is to think alongside you, helping you develop a clearer understanding of yourself, your relationships, your feelings, and the wider emotional landscape you’re navigating.
Alongside my clinical work, I am the Service Director for Gay Men’s Therapy at The Good Mental Health Company, where I support and develop specialist therapeutic services for gay men.
Practice description
I work as a psychotherapist with all people and have extensive experience in the charity sector, with a long-standing commitment to supporting the LGBT+ community.
I have particular experience working with challenges around substance use, addiction, and chemsex, as well as questions of identity, intimacy, and belonging. While these are areas of experience, I meet each person as an individual. Therapy with me is not about fitting you into a category, but about understanding your unique experience and what has shaped it.
At the heart of my work is a belief that meaningful change comes through a safe, consistent, and trusting relationship. From this foundation, it becomes possible to develop greater self-understanding, respond to yourself with more compassion, and find new ways of being in the world.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to understand what has brought you to therapy. We will think together about what you might want or need from the work, and you’re welcome to ask any questions about how I practice. There is no expectation to have everything figured out; we can begin wherever you are.
Ongoing sessions are £120 per 50 minutes.
