About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Healing With Sani. I am a South Asian Therapist. My journey began long before I formally worked with others, as a natural listener and empath, attuned to the world around me. Over time, life guided me toward holding space for others, helping them reconnect and come home to themselves.
I now work as a Counselling Therapist in the NHS as well as Private work.
My approach includes:
Deep, reflective conversation and understanding
Integrative Therapeutic Approach (This means I draw on multiple therapy styles and techniques, adapting my approach to meet your unique needs. My goal is to be flexible and supportive, so our sessions work for you, not a one-size-fits-all model.)
Nervous-system regulation
Breathwork
Mindful Somatic body awareness
Psychodynamic Therapy: explores how early life events and unconscious thoughts shape your current habits and feelings.
Inner Child Work: This specific focus targets wounded parts of your past self to heal old emotional pain.
Making you feel truly seen and heard
A calm, attuned and understanding therapeutic presence
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is not about fixing you, but reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been quieted, allowing your inner wisdom and clarity to naturally unfold.
My team includes a supervisor who I report to and consult with confidentially. This allows me to support you in the best possible way while maintaining a safe and ethical space. Which allows me to reflect on my work and make sure I’m offering you the best support possible.
As well as taking part in my own personal therapy to make sure I continue to grow personally and professionally, so I can offer a safe, empathetic, and authentic space.
If you’d like to work with me, I usually recommend a minimum of 6–12 sessions, to see change.
I’m really looking forward to supporting you on your journey.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a warm integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe and judgement-free space where you can be truly heard and understood.
I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from different approaches to meet you as an individual, working together at a pace that feels right for you.
I welcome you exactly as you are, whether you are experiencing a particular difficulty, feeling lost or disconnected, or sensing that something within you needs attention. And help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
You are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to be, but to support you in finding your own strengths, clarity and way forward.
My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel heard, understood and able to meet yourself with greater compassion creating room for healing, growth and a deeper sense of who you are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You can simply come as you are.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with both the NHS and private clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy with over 400+ hours of experience.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you as an individual. Everyone’s experiences, needs and circumstances are different, so I believe therapy should be flexible and responsive to what feels most helpful for you.
I have a particular specialist experience in supporting people with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image difficulties. I understand that difficulties around food, eating and how we feel about our bodies can be complex and deeply personal, and I offer a non-judgemental space to explore these concerns at your own pace.
Alongside this specialist area, I also work with a range of concerns through general counselling and psychotherapy. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life changes, self-esteem concerns or simply feel that something is not quite right, you do not have to navigate it alone.
I create a safe and accepting therapeutic relationship where you can be yourself, explore what is happening for you, and feel supported as you move towards meaningful change.
My first session
Your first step is a free 15-minute online consultation, giving us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and make sure we’re a good fit.
From there, we can gently move into your first full session together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand we’ll take it at your pace and ease into the process together.
All sessions are offered confidentially online, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own space.
