About me and my therapy practice
I’m a warm integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe and judgement-free space where you can be truly heard and understood.
I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw from different approaches to meet you as an individual, working together at a pace that feels right for you.
I welcome you exactly as you are, whether you are experiencing a particular difficulty, feeling lost or disconnected, or sensing that something within you needs attention. And help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
You are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to be, but to support you in finding your own strengths, clarity and way forward.
My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel heard, understood and able to meet yourself with greater compassion creating room for healing, growth and a deeper sense of who you are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You can simply come as you are.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with both the NHS and private clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy with over 400+ hours of client experience.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you as an individual. Everyone’s experiences, needs and circumstances are different, so I believe therapy should be flexible and responsive to what feels most helpful for you.
I have a particular specialist experience in supporting people with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image difficulties. I understand that difficulties around food, eating and how we feel about our bodies can be complex and deeply personal, and I offer a non-judgemental space to explore these concerns at your own pace.
Alongside this specialist area, I also work with a range of concerns through general counselling and psychotherapy. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life changes, self-esteem concerns or simply feel that something is not quite right, you do not have to navigate it alone.
I create a safe and accepting therapeutic relationship where you can be yourself, explore what is happening for you, and feel supported as you move towards meaningful change.
My first session
Your first step is a free 15-minute online consultation, giving us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and make sure we’re a good fit.
From there, we can gently move into your first full session together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand we’ll take it at your pace and ease into the process together.
All sessions are offered confidentially online, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own space.
