Availability

I currently have limited availability for new clients and offer both in-person sessions in Central London and online appointments across the UK.

I work Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with some limited evening availability.

About me and my therapy practice

You may be coming to therapy with a specific difficulty, such as anxiety, low mood, or challenges in relationships, or with a more general sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. Often, people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or find themselves repeating the same difficulties despite wanting things to change.

My approach is psychodynamic, which means we take time to explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may be shaping your current thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating to others.

I offer a consistent, confidential space where you can speak freely and begin to make sense of your experience. This might include exploring emotions that feel difficult to access, noticing patterns in your relationships, or understanding how earlier experiences continue to have an impact in the present.

Rather than offering quick solutions, therapy can be a space to develop a deeper understanding of yourself over time. This process can lead to meaningful and lasting change, including improved understanding of emotions, more fulfilling relationships, and an increased capacity to make choices that feel right for you.


Practice description

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults from my office in Fitzrovia and online across the UK.

We would meet at a regular weekly time, creating a consistent space to talk about whatever feels important to you. Some people arrive with something specific they want to address, while others begin with a more general sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.  I usually work in an open ended way, but I am also open to discussing whether working together for an agreed period of time might make sense. 

Sessions are not structured or agenda-led. Instead, I encourage you to speak freely, and we follow what emerges, including thoughts, feelings, and reactions that might not initially seem obvious or easy to put into words.

My role is active and engaged. At times I may offer reflections or observations that help you see things from a different perspective, or gently draw attention to patterns as they arise within the session itself.
