I currently offer sessions in the evenings, on Tuesdays from 1pm onwards, and over the weekends.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a person centred counsellor, offering a safe and accepting space to support people as they navigate life’s challenges and experiences. I work with empathy and care, supporting individuals to begin their own journey of self discovery and healing.
I believe each person has the capacity for growth, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences at your own pace. Sessions are collaborative and led by you, with space to reflect, develop greater self awareness and reconnect more fully with yourself.
People come to counselling for many reasons, whether feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing change, or wanting to understand themselves more deeply. Whatever brings you, you are welcome. Counselling can offer time to pause, reflect, and find your own sense of direction.
