Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer sessions from 3pm onwards, Monday to Friday, either online or face‑to‑face at The Pavilion in Chichester. My aim is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can feel supported.

If you contact me outside of my working hours, I will respond as soon as I can on the next working day. At present, I can also offer  weekends or early evening appointments.

If I have any planned time away from the practice, I will always let you know in advance so we can plan around it together. I am committed to offering a consistent, reliable therapeutic space and will communicate clearly about any changes to my availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a compassionate, people‑centred counsellor who believes deeply in the power of being truly seen and heard.

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a genuine respect for every person’s story.

I hold a strong belief that when we are offered a safe, warm, and non‑judgemental space, we naturally begin to understand ourselves more clearly and move toward positive, meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through life’s challenges, helping them find confidence, calm, and clarity.

These experiences have shaped my ability to listen, connect deeply with sincerity, and create relationships built on trust.

Humanistic counselling resonates strongly with me because it values the therapeutic relationship itself—and I believe that real change begins when we work together in an open, empowering partnership.

My aim is to bring curiosity, emotional resilience, and a thoughtful, reflective presence to every session.

I am committed to continuous learning, growing my self‑awareness, and developing the skills to work sensitively with the diverse and individual experiences clients bring.

My goal is simple: to offer a steady, compassionate space to explore, heal, and reconnect with each client’s inner strength.

I aim to be the calm companion who walks beside them as they make sense of their personal situation and rediscover their ability to move forward with confidence.

Practice description

Throughout my career, my purpose has remained constant: to help people believe in themselves, recognise their potential, and feel empowered to move forward with confidence.

My background in pastoral care, mentoring, and relational support has given me years of experience walking alongside individuals through moments of challenge, self‑doubt, and change. I’ve built strong, trusting relationships by offering steady, genuine support when people need it most.

As a counsellor, I aspire to create a space where clients feel truly heard, accepted, and safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. My aim is to help individuals reconnect with their strengths, understand themselves more deeply, and find clarity in moments that feel uncertain. Above all, I hope to offer a calm, compassionate presence that helps people feel less alone as they navigate their personal journey.

My professional background is rooted in pastoral care, mentoring, and relational support. I have spent many years providing one‑to‑one support, building meaningful, trusting relationships, and guiding individuals through moments of difficulty, self‑doubt, and transition.

My first session

Before starting therapy, I offer a free 15‑minute introductory call. This relaxed, no‑obligation conversation gives us both a chance to get a sense of one another, talk about what you’re looking for, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

In our first full session, we will gently explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have. I won’t rush you or expect you to share more than feels comfortable. Instead, I aim to create a steady, supportive environment where you can begin to feel grounded and understood. I may ask a few initial questions to help me understand your background and what support might be most helpful, but the session will unfold at your pace.

I work to the BACP Code of Ethics and maintain my professional development through regular one to one supervision and group supervision on a monthly basis.
