About me and my therapy practice

For those who feel disconnected, worn down, or yearning for change, I offer warm, person-centred online counselling to help you move towards a feeling of aliveness and a sense of belonging.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression and social isolation, and I have a particular interest in supporting people adjusting to life in a new country. Being far from home can bring loneliness and a feeling of not quite belonging. You don't have to carry that alone. I also offer counselling in Estonian.

In our work together, you choose the pace and decide what you need to express. By slowing down, we attend to what unfolds beneath the surface. Over time, many people feel more grounded and self-assured, with a deeper sense of their own worth and the clarity to build lasting skills that continue to help long after our sessions end.

I will listen with an open heart, hold you and your story with care, and walk beside you through this chapter of your life.

I'm a BACP registered counsellor (MBACP).

Open-ended therapy: we continue for as long as you feel it's needed

Practice description

My approach is person-centred, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and my earlier BA in Choreography included training in somatic practice. So alongside talking, I may gently invite attention to what you notice in your body: your breath, tension or a felt sense of how things are. This can help us slow down and reach what's beneath the surface.

I tailor each session to you. Therapy with me isn't one-size-fits-all. It's a collaborative journey shaped by your experiences, your goals and your pace.

I work online by secure video and am currently completing further training in online counselling with The Open University. I'm a BACP registered counsellor (MBACP) and receive regular clinical supervision.
