About me and my therapy practice

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of your direction. Perhaps you’re struggling with self-doubt, feeling stuck, or finding it difficult to make sense of your thoughts and emotions. You might be used to holding things together on the outside, while feeling uncertain, lost, or disconnected.

I offer a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and be met with care and understanding. Therapy can provide a place where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly or pretend to be okay. Instead, we can take time to explore what’s going on for you, helping you develop greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence.


Practice description

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your individual needs. This means I work flexibly and collaboratively, supporting you in a way that feels right for you. I see therapy as a shared process, where we work together to understand your experiences and support meaningful and lasting change.

I have a background in the creative arts and experience working with clients from creative fields, as well as within universities, working with young adults. I understand some of the unique challenges that can come with creative environments, including self-doubt, identity questions, comparison, and pressure. However, I welcome clients from all backgrounds, whether or not you identify as creative.

I work with adults and young people, and support clients with a range of difficulties, including:

• Anxiety and overthinking

• Low self-esteem and self-confidence

• Feeling stuck or lost

• Stress and burnout

• Relationship difficulties

• Identity and life transitions

You do not need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Many people seek therapy because they want to understand themselves better or feel more at ease in their lives.

I understand that reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you have never had therapy before. I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential space where you can feel heard and supported at your own pace.

My first session

I offer a free introductory call for 20 mins to discuss what’s on your mind without any commitment. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your goals, and get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you. During this session I will explain how I work, listen to your concerns, and outline how future sessions might help.
