About me and my therapy practice

You may be feeling anxious, unsettled, or not quite like yourself, even if things appear steady on the outside.

You might be managing day to day, but something doesn’t feel right underneath. It can be hard to explain, but there may be a sense of being under pressure, out of place, or unsure where you stand.

I offer online counselling, working with people across the UK.

I work particularly with anxiety and with the experience of not quite feeling at home in yourself, in your role, or in the place you find yourself living.

I offer a calm and steady space where you can talk openly about what is going on, without needing to have everything figured out.

Having lived and worked between Greece and Britain, I understand how language, culture and belonging can shape how you see yourself and where you feel you fit.

You don’t need to have a clear reason to come to counselling. Often it is the ongoing, less visible weight that brings people here.

Practice description

I offer online counselling sessions, providing a consistent and private space where you can speak openly.

Sessions take place via video and last 50 minutes. We agree practical arrangements, including payment, before we begin so that everything feels clear from the outset.

My approach is person-centred, which means our work is guided by what you bring and by a pace that feels manageable for you. There is no set agenda, and you do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say.

Some people come with a clear sense of what they would like to talk about. Others arrive with something less defined, a feeling that something is not quite right but difficult to put into words. Both are welcome.

I focus on careful listening and on creating a space that feels steady, respectful, and non-judgemental. Sessions are confidential, and we work together to understand your experience in a way that makes sense to you.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to get a sense of how it feels to work together.

There is no expectation to arrive with a clear plan or to explain everything at once. We begin where you are, at a pace that feels manageable.

You are welcome to ask any questions about how I work, and we can also talk through any practical arrangements so that everything feels clear.
