About me and my therapy practice
As a person‑centred counsellor, I offer a warm, steady environment where you can feel heard and genuinely valued. I believe in your natural capacity to grow, and support you to move at your own pace, in your own way,

I believe you are the expert of yourself and as a counsellor work with you for you to discover the route towards inner healing.

As a person centered counsellor I also have a strong mental health background, ADHD lived experience, and belive there is more to recovery and inner healing. Through Empathy, no judgment, acceptence unconditional positive regard for you the client what ever you bring to counselling.
Strong advocate of counselling for mental health and advocate there are alternatives to recovery and growth with your mental health struggles.
Practice description
You’ll be met with warmth, honesty, and acceptance. You’ll be valued as the expert in your own life.
I will listen closely to your words, your emotions, and the meanings behind them. You can expect to feel heard not rushed, not interrupted, not steered.
I will reflect and check in so we stay aligned with your experience. There’s no agenda or timetable for change.
You choose what we explore and how deeply we go. Silence, pauses, and gentle unfolding are a natural part of this journey and our time together is a safe place to share and experience emotions
You can bring uncertainty, grief, anger, shame, confusion, pain all will be met without judgement and met with authenticity and compassion.
I will hold the space with steadiness and compassion. You won’t be pushed to talk about anything before you’re ready. Sessions will be consistent, confidential, and held with care.
You can expect professionalism without coldness, but with warmth.
My first session
From when you make contact, I offer FREE telephone, online or in person chat to identify your needs, and requirements but most of all for you to feel I am the right counsellor for you.
If I am not the right counsellor for you, this is gine as I understand the need to feel comfortable when Coming to counselling. From the beginning your choice is what matters, and I recognise that we cannot be everything to everybody as a counsellor.
