About me and my therapy practice
Therapy can offer a space to pause and make sense of experiences that may feel difficult to carry alone - not only what is happening in the present, but also what has been shaped over time, sometimes across generations. My work is particularly focused on experiences of loneliness, disconnection, and the emotional burdens people often hold within families, relationships, and cultural expectations.
Working relationally and reflectively, I support clients in exploring patterns that may once have been protective but no longer feel sustainable. Rather than rushing towards solutions, therapy becomes a space where difficult experiences can be approached with honesty, curiosity, and care.

Practice description
I offer a reflective and relational therapeutic space for people who may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, lonely, or stuck in patterns they no longer fully understand. Often, the struggles we carry are not only shaped by our immediate experiences, but also by family dynamics, cultural expectations, and emotional histories passed quietly across generations.
My approach is person-centred and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable, allowing space for uncertainty, contradiction, and complexity.
I am particularly interested in the ways people adapt to survive emotionally - through over-responsibility, withdrawal, self-criticism, or the need to hold everything together for others - and how these ways of coping can, over time, lead to exhaustion, isolation, or loss of self.
Therapy with me is not about quick solutions or advice-giving. It is a space to explore your experiences more deeply, develop a better understanding of yourself, and begin relating to your emotions and relationships differently and with greater compassion.
My first session
If you are interested in working together, we will first arrange a free 20-minute conversation. This offers us a chance to get a sense of one another, ask any initial questions, and see whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit before arranging a first full session.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be offered on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on your needs and what feels supportive for you at the time.
