Availability
I currently have availability for new clients within my practice on Thursdays and Fridays, including evening appointments.
Whether you are seeking support with a specific issue or looking for space to reflect and explore your experiences more deeply, I welcome enquiries and would be happy to discuss how counselling may be able to support you.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm and down-to-earth counsellor specialising in bereavement and loss. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your feelings and experiences, knowing you will be listened to with care and compassion.
I do not believe grief or difficult feelings need to be 'fixed'. Instead, I work with you at a pace that feels right for you, helping you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Alongside bereavement and loss, I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and difficulties in relationships, family life, or work.
My approach is open, honest, and compassionate, with a strong focus on building a trusting relationship so that you feel understood and supported. I draw on different counselling approaches and adapt the way I work to suit your individual needs.
I am a volunteer counsellor at The Shakespeare Hospice in Stratford-upon-Avon, which has helped shape my caring and empathetic approach. I adhere to the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, which means I follow professional standards around confidentiality, safety, and ensuring your best interests are at the centre of our work together.
