I offer individual and couples therapy in Fulham, SW6, within easy reach of Putney, as well as in Haggerston and online. Sessions usually take place weekly at a mutually agreed time. Please contact me to discuss current availability.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Ortensia. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and BACP Registered Member, and a psychotherapist in advanced clinical training. I am currently completing my MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I am also a UKCP Trainee Member.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for adults (18+) and couples. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or stuck, experiencing relationship difficulties, or wanting to understand yourself better. We work together at your pace, agreeing on what you would like support with.
My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on Transactional Analysis. Together, we can explore how past experiences and recurring patterns influence your feelings, choices and relationships, and find ways forward that feel right for you.
I support people with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, burnout and workplace stress. In couples therapy, we can explore communication, conflict, trust, emotional distance and relationship decisions. My role is to support both partners without taking sides.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming, including support for people with ADHD and autism. I aim to adapt our work to your individual needs and experiences.
Sessions are available in English and Italian.
