About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Annie, an experienced neurodivergent-affirming person-centred counsellor. I will work to support you in feeling empowered to make your own positive changes to live your life the way that works for you. Ensuring a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space for you to explore any issues you are dealing with.
My aim is to tailor counselling to you, making any reasonable adjustments we can to support you in making therapy as comfortable as possible.
Currently offering online and telephone counselling sessions to anyone in the UK, but I am based in Shropshire.

It can provide a space to process past experiences, address current life stressors, help manage anxiety and depression, improve relationships and change unhelpful patterns and behaviours. Counselling can be tailored to you and your needs. Exploring issues through counselling with a non-judgemental person who is not involved in your life can help see things from a different perspective. Therefore, no matter how big or small the issue, counselling can be beneficial!
