About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Annie, an experienced neurodivergent-affirming person-centred counsellor. I will work to support you in feeling empowered to make your own positive changes to live your life the way that works for you. Ensuring a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space for you to explore any issues you are dealing with.
My aim is to tailor counselling to you, making any reasonable adjustments we can to support you in making therapy as comfortable as possible.
Currently offering online and telephone counselling sessions to anyone in the UK.
It can be a brave and difficult decision to seek counselling, therefore it is important to acknowledge the process that has brought you to considering counselling. If you would like to contact me, there is no pressure and I can answer any questions you might have. I offer a free 10 minute initial phone call if you would like to meet before committing to sessions with me.
Counselling can help with a large variety of issues. It can provide a space to process past experiences, address current life stressors, help manage anxiety and depression, improve relationships and change unhelpful patterns and behaviours.
