About me and my therapy practice

My interest has always been people, how we co-create relationships, how our early experiences shape us, and how the past can influence the present. As my curiosity grew around how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are formed, the transition from the corporate world into psychotherapy felt both natural and meaningful. I hold a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am UKCP Registered and MBACP Registered.
