Availability

I currently have availability for new clients, with sessions offered throughout the week including daytime and some evening appointments, depending on current capacity.

I aim to offer regular weekly sessions where possible, as consistency can be an important part of the therapeutic process. Availability may vary slightly, so I encourage you to get in touch to discuss current appointment times.

I offer online sessions across the UK, and I also have limited face-to-face availability in Wolverhampton city centre.

If I am away or on annual leave, I will always let existing clients know in advance wherever possible. Any planned breaks will be discussed during sessions so there are no unexpected gaps in therapy.

If I am temporarily full, I may offer to add you to a waiting list or signpost you to alternative support if more appropriate.

If you would like to check current availability or arrange a brief introductory call, you are welcome to get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, relational space where you can begin to make sense of anxiety, self-criticism and the emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy is primarily person-centred and integrative. This means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is not about being told who you are or what you “should” do. Instead, I aim to help you better understand yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I work relationally, which means I see the therapeutic relationship itself as an important part of the process. Feeling genuinely heard, accepted, and understood can create the conditions for meaningful change, especially for people who have spent much of their lives masking, people pleasing, overthinking, or feeling emotionally alone.

Alongside person-centred values, I draw from a range of approaches depending on your individual needs, including attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, compassion-focused approaches, and psychoeducation where helpful. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” model of therapy.

I aim to offer therapy in a way that feels human, collaborative, and grounded rather than overly clinical or full of jargon. Some sessions may involve exploring past experiences and relationships, while others may focus more on current difficulties, emotional regulation, boundaries, self-esteem, or understanding patterns in day-to-day life.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, shame, burnout, emotional overwhelm, self-worth issues, grief, and emotional or binge eating patterns.

Practice description

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own or putting other people’s needs before your own. Many of the clients I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, stuck in patterns they do not fully understand, or disconnected from themselves.

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you do not need to have the “right” words or arrive with everything figured out.

Together, we may explore things such as anxiety, low self-esteem, people pleasing, relationship difficulties, shame, burnout, emotional eating, identity, grief, or the long-term impact of difficult life experiences. I am particularly interested in how early experiences and relationships can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world today.

Clients often describe me as warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Therapy with me is not about judgement, labels, or pretending to have a perfect life. It is about creating enough safety and understanding for meaningful change to happen at your pace.

I work online with adults across the UK and also offer limited face-to-face availability in Wolverhampton city centre. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, explore honestly, and feel genuinely heard.

My first session

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and many clients worry about whether they will “get it right” in a first session. There is no pressure to share everything immediately.

Before booking, I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call. This gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.

Our first full session is a chance for us to explore your current difficulties, what support you are looking for, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Some clients arrive with a very clear idea of what they want to work on, while others simply know that something does not feel okay. Both are completely welcome.

I do not use a rigid assessment process or ask you to complete lengthy forms before we begin. My focus is on creating a calm, supportive environment where you can begin to feel comfortable and understood.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are available online across the UK or face-to-face in Wolverhampton city centre, subject to availability.
