About me and my therapy practice
I offer a person-centred approach, which is supportive, non-judgmental and genuine with integrative techniques where counselling is tailored to your own mental, physical and emotional needs. With a focus in low mood, low self esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, relationships difficulties, grief and trauma. In addition I have a particular interest in ADHD, PTSD & other conditions.
Sessions can be in person in my safe and confidential counselling room in Bourn.
Types of Counselling I offer are:
• In person, Online and by telephone.
• Sessions are 50 minutes.
I also offer ‘Walk & Talk Therapy’
Walking outside can be an especially helpful method of working for people who do not have the opportunity to get out into nature very often, and those who feel as if they might thrive better when they do. It’s also good for those who may feel a little intimidated or claustrophobic in the environment of a one-on-one session in a room.
