About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, reflective, and relational approach to therapy. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, addiction, self-esteem, grief, and relationship challenges.
I believe therapy can offer a safe and collaborative space in which to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and develop a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s relationships. My way of working is grounded in the importance of human connection, curiosity, and authenticity, while adapting the therapeutic process to each person’s individual needs and pace.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, online and in person from my private practice in Richmond. I also work outdoors offering Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Richmond Park, where therapeutic exploration can happen beyond words through connection, presence, and embodied experience.
I deliver sessions both in English and Italian.
Practice description
My practice offers a calm, confidential, and reflective space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. I work both online and in person from my private practice in Richmond, offering sessions in English and Italian.
I aim to create an environment grounded in warmth, authenticity, and human connection. I believe therapeutic relationships are co-created, and I strive to meet clients where they are, adapting the work to each person’s individual needs and circumstances.
Clients can expect a relational and integrative approach, where there is space for reflection, curiosity, emotional exploration, and reconnection with oneself and others. Alongside talking therapy, I also offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Richmond Park, where therapeutic work can unfold through presence, movement, and non-verbal communication.
I work with adults facing a range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, identity, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I offer both short-term and open-ended work depending on what feels most appropriate and supportive.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation prior to beginning therapy. This gives us an opportunity to briefly explore what brings you to therapy, discuss any questions you may have, and think together about whether I may be the right fit for you.
Before starting ongoing work, I usually suggest a full 50-minute paid assessment session. This allows more space to explore your current situation, personal history, needs, and expectations from therapy, while also giving us both the opportunity to reflect on whether working together feels appropriate and supportive.
I currently work with self-funded clients only and do not work with insurance providers
