About me and my therapy practice
I’m a coach for people at a turning point in their working lives: changing career, stepping into a bigger role, or working out what comes next after redundancy or burnout.
Practice description
Career change is rarely just practical. It touches identity, confidence and what you want your work to mean. Together we can look at what’s underneath when you feel stuck.
Alongside coaching, I work in the tech industry. I’ve spent 13 years in product, from fast-growing startups, scale-ups post acquisition and large established enterprises. I’ve taken roles as a consultant, individual contributor and leading teams. I’ve been through restructures, career pivots and big organisational change myself, so I understand the practical realities of working life.
I also hold a postgraduate qualification in counselling. As well as the focussed work of goals and next steps, my practice brings in the harder parts: self-doubt, repeating patterns, and the complex feelings that come with big decisions.
My first session
I offer a structured six-session coaching programme, 50 minutes per session (£350 total). The first session offers us a chance to get to know each other and find the focus for our work. If you decide it won’t work for you that first session is free.
