About me and my therapy practice
I’m an Advanced Trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist, a Registered Member of BACP (MBACP), and I’m working towards UKCP Registration.
My approach is based on Gestalt therapy, which helps you focus on the present moment. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to build self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself—whether you’re dealing with challenges, looking for clarity, or just curious about your inner world. My work is collaborative and client-led, so we’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I value warmth, safety, respect, and confidentiality in every session, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and your potential.

Practice description
My approach is based on Gestalt psychotherapy, which means I focus on what’s happening right now—in the present moment during our sessions. This includes exploring your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and even the unspoken dynamics between us.
In our work together, I might invite you to:
Pay attention to what you’re experiencing in the moment.
Look at past experiences that still affect you today.
Try out new ways of thinking, feeling, or behaving.
Use dreams, creativity, or role-play to uncover deeper insights.
Gestalt therapy isn’t about me telling you what to do or analysing your experiences. Instead, I see our sessions as a safe space to experiment, try new things, and find what feels right for you. My role is to support, gently challenge, and guide you, helping you notice patterns that might be holding you back.
